Should I be using a fruit & veggie wash?

How do I use it?

For firm fruit & veggies (such as pears, apples, cucumbers, etc.) spray on, wash entire surface, wait 30 seconds, and then rinse well with cold running water.

For soft fruit & veggie (strawberries, cauliflower, lettuce, etc.) place produce in a bowl, spray produce surface well, wait 30 seconds, and then rinse well with cold running water.
